It’s Thanksgiving in America, my favorite holiday – it involves Food and Time With Loved Ones. As I write this year, we are whizzing across Oregon, headed for a family gathering of feast and fun. It’s been quite a year, one full of reasons for giving thanks. I invite you to share yours with me…
RECONNECTING
This year, I reconnected with lots of old friends and distant family members. It has been a time of returning to roots and sharing old memories with people who knew me “back then.” I’ve felt a warmth of returning and familiarity that is unusual in my life of travels. I’m feeling thankful for that.
NEW PARTNERS AT WORK
This year, I brought on a wonderful assistant, Camila Ortega. She’s been helping me continue to get the word out about my music in a way that wasn’t possible before. Also in the mix are the husband/wife team at Welch Creative. Elena and Michael have been fantastic at helping me take the next step in developing and delivering my music.
NEW PARTNER IN HEALING
Though I’ve known her for years, only this year did I really get the chance to partner with Dr. Christina Boiano. We have started developing essential oil and harp music products to fill your life with ease and grace. Our December Holidays blend is our first effort…

And lots, lots more: The new puppy, Flower, joined us. Peanut turned 9 (yesterday). Hubby is starting to shift into a different gear in his life that’s excited to watch and participate in. We are planning to sell our Hilo condo and move up the Hamakua Coast.
MOVING INTO THE HOLIDAYS WITH EASE AND GRACE
Thursday, we start the first of many winter holidays in our house. We try to keep them meaningful and simple, expressing the essence of the holidays – that a little bit of light can make the darkness twinkle.
As you move into your holidays, remember to take a few moments every day to enjoy fully the people and things you love. Be patient and breathe. Use music to help your holidays sparkle.
Happy Thanksgiving and Blessings,
Cymber Lily
